Most of us have heard that the truth will set us free, but there’s a condition:
To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
John 8:31-32 NIV
Will you join me in praying that we will believe Jesus and follow His teaching?
Father,
Help us to not only hear Your Word today, but to believe and obey You. Create in us a deep desire to hold to Jesus’ teaching. Transform us that we may be Your disciples, loving You and loving others. Amen
